Paperless Business Systems (eRequester): Financial Accountability and Real-time Purchasing Visibility

eRequester has proven integrations with Sage and many other accounting systems
Implemented on premises or as a SaaS solution, eRequester allows for multiple configurations and fully integrates with ERP accounting systems including Sage 100 (MAS90/200), Sage 300 (AccPac) and many others. The integration provides real-time linkages to vendors, GL accounts, inventory items, project or job numbers, budgets, and ship-to addresses. This also enables the creation of purchase, expense or receiving transactions in a customer’s accounting system. The solutions’ add-on modules can provide secure access to financial reporting data, real-time budget information, and inventory management. “Paperless can integrate eRequester with other ERP or accounting systems a customer is utilizing as a custom solution,” adds Pape.
Being a Gold Development Partner of Sage Software, Paperless has been able to provide Sage’s clients with advanced web-based applications as powerful extensions of their accounting software, for purchasing, expense management, approval routing, and inventory management. “We have integrated eRequester with Sage 100, 300 and 500 and we are in the process with X3,” says Pape.
